You are looking at the life of a hardworking, passionate and creative mind. I’m also a self-confessed introvert, too much of a perfectionist and sometimes a little impatient. I definitely belong into the “air” temperament group. That’s the good and the bad  - you know what you are getting into - read on to find out more.

I was born near Munich, but currently live in London, where I work at iRiS Software Systems, a company developing and deploying tablet-based hospitality applications, as Global Project Manager. Prior to my current employment I spent 6 months in Ithaca, New York, attending Cornell University and three years in Dubai, studying at The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management.

I collected work experience with Kempinski Hotels, Engel & Voelkers Real Estate, Jumeirah and Eraffe Media, in the fields of Group & Event sales, property investment, hotel operations and online marketing and IT projects. I have also been involved in several consultancy projects in these fields.

I completed my BSc thesis, which is currently in the process of being published, on online marketing and small business development and  have interest in social media, IT solutions and consulting. Among other things, I participated in the Google Online Marketing Challenge 2010 to develop these interests.

Outside of work and studies I enjoy music production and playing DJ gigs. I have numerous releases and remixes under my belt and host my own radioshow and podcast. Since 2010 I am also a Managing Partner at a House Music label, contributing branding, digital marketing and artist & repertoire.

My second passion lies in photography, with my best shots posted on my photoblog. Sometimes I record and edit video clips as well.

I also enjoy football, architecture, design and TV series and I think cats are the coolest animals out there.
